Nowadays, there are many harmful toxins that may contribute to a less vigorous life. On a day to day basis, we are continually overloaded with toxins from pollution, cigarette smoke, pesticides, our poor diet, food additives, alcohol and caffeine. As these toxins build up in our body, we may be prone to a number of health problems. We can avoid getting sick by doing a detox diet. A detox diet is focused mainly on removing unwanted toxins from the body. Although there is detoxification ongoing in our body, there are some aspects which prevent us from completely obliterating them which in turn may affect our body.
