When people talk about muscle building home gyms they always imagine a big room with guys built like a city bus and dumbbells and barbells on the floor. Nothing could be farther from the truth. There are now bodybuilding home gyms that take up little space and don’t look like they came from a gym. For those who can’t sleep well sometimes, a person has more than likely seen the half hour infomercial about how a person can get into shape in six weeks.

It’s well documented that getting regular exercise is a major part of being physically and mentally healthy. Working out at a moderate level, five days per week, for as little as 30 minutes at a time, is recommended for good fitness and well-being. The importance of cardiovascular exercise is widely acknowledged. But, an exercise program must also be affordable in order to work in the long term. Having a stationary bike, or exercise bike, is an excellent way to achieve these benefits.
